  • When you arrive: Our automated ANPR barrier reads your number plate for ticketless entry. Park your car, keep your keys, and hop on the shuttle.
  • When you return: Once you have collected your luggage, call our team on 0790 287 8637. We will arrange for the shuttle to collect you from the official pickup point at Car Park 2, Zone B.

We highly recommend reserving your parking space as early as possible once your travel dates are confirmed. Pre-booking guarantees your space, fixes your pricing, and ensures a stress-free start to your family holiday or city break.

While you can turn up without a reservation, spaces are not guaranteed. If a drive-up space is available, the barrier will rise automatically, and you can pay via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay upon departure.

We know flight delays are out of your control. Zoom Airport Parking provides a generous 4-hour grace period on your scheduled return time. We do not charge extra if your return flight is delayed past midnight by up to 7 hours. For example, a standard 7-night holiday (e.g., Sunday to Sunday) requires an 8-day parking booking to cover your departure and arrival days. A 14-night holiday requires a 15-day booking.
