Yes, you can arrive without a reservation however we would advise pre-booking as you will not necessarily be guaranteed a parking space. If spaces are available, the barrier will automatically rise to allow entry. Payment for your stay is required at time of departure and can be made by credit / debit card or Google / Apple Pay.

At Zoom our prices can change frequently to ensure we are always offering a competitive price. Any quote is only valid at the time it is made. Parking is charged per day, or part thereof and we offer discounted rates for stays of seven nights or longer.

The easiest way to pay when you reserve your space online time of booking using our highly secure card payment system. Our ANPR system will recognise your car on arrival and departure from the carpark ensuring you have a seamless journey.
If you arrive at the carpark without a booking you are not always guaranteed a space will be available. If you do park on this basis, you can pay by credit / debit card or Google / Apple Pay on departure.
Car parking is charged on a daily rather than a nightly basis. For instance, if your holiday is 7 nights, perhaps Sunday to Sunday, you would need to book for 8 days parking. Similarly, if you are heading off for a 14-night holiday, you will need to book for 15 days.
On arrival at the car park, if you have pre-booked a space, the barrier will lift automatically to allow you to enter (as our system will recognise your car registration number).
Please note that bookings are linked to the car registration number that you provided at time of booking. If you need to change the details of the car being parked at Zoom, you will need to amend your reservation.
At Zoom we understand that flights can be delayed and this is out with your control. As such we have allowed a grace period of 4 hours (on your return date / time) in case this happens. However, if your flight has been delayed for a longer period, please contact us at info@zoomairportparking.co.uk and our team will be pleased to assist you.
When you return and have collected your luggage, please call 0790 287 8637 and we will arrange for the minibus to collect you. The pickup point is at Carpark 2, Zone A (this is also where you would be dropped off).
No, cars are not removed from the car park.

Cars parked with us are insured against any damage caused by our staff. Other than that, we do not accept liability for damage or theft to any vehicles.
Zoom car park is fully covered by CCTV cameras and enclosed by security fencing with controlled entry/exit barriers.

At Zoom there is a dedicated coach transfer service which runs on a regular basis seven days a week. The journey to the airport takes approximately 5 minutes. On your return, once you have your baggage, please call us on 0790 287 8637 to arrange your return transfer. The coach will then return to Car Park 2 Zone A to collect you.
As we are conveniently located nearby Glasgow Airport, our courtesy shuttle transfers take only 5 minutes.
